IN LATE SEPTEMBER 2005 SOME 50 PEOPLE FROM TEN COUNTRIES
around
the Mediterranean basin took up the challenge consisting in
taking steps towards each other to live together and think for
four days about the shared theme of concern about the situation
and future of the poorest. This happened at the La Baume Centre
in Aix-en-Provence (France) at a seminar entitled “Contribution
of very poor families to cross-cultural dialogue in the
information society”.
