December 2009 Newsletter
In this Newsletter, we are going to speak about the difficulties, in some very poor families, to register the children at birth.
However, we will start our Newsletter with the message prepared by children gathered in the Children’s Forum, organised by ATD Fourth World in Ouagadougou, on the 20th of November 2009, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child.
